Shelly Evoy

Vice President, Global Human Resources, Shape Technologies

Ms. Evoy is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at SHAPE Technologies. She is responsible for all facets of human resources strategy, including employee relations, recruitment, organizational training & development, workforce planning, and safety. Ms. Evoy co-leads the SHAPE Technologies ESG committee in addition to all DEIBA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, Belonging, and Accessibility) initiatives.

Ms. Evoy brings 26 years of Human Resources experience, including 7 years at SHAPE, where she has brought her extensive experience in HR Operations to drive greater utilization of advanced metrics and analytics while also being a frontline champion for grassroots culture development. Prior to joining SHAPE, Ms. Evoy worked in numerous HR roles for Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU), Columbia Bank, and TrueBlue, with responsibilities that ranged from maintaining critical operations to leadership roles within those organizations.

As leader of Human Resources, Ms. Evoy recognizes the importance of lifelong education, both through formal channels, in addition to well-rounded applied work experience. In addition to her formal background studying psychology and education, Ms. Evoy has spent a lifetime educating herself in the human resources field, including receiving formal certifications in benefits (CBP), payroll (CPP), and compensation (CCP).
